With over 30 years in the Professional Beauty Industry, from Shampoo Assistant to Education and Sales Director, Salon Owner and Platform Artist to name just a few roles, Jessica has honed her skills as an educator and a leader. Today, as an Aloxxi® Artist, she shares her insights on a vast array of business building topics such as managing efficiently, developing an effective salon team, raising the bar on customer service and technical topics, including basic & advanced color, cutting and styling theories.

Priscilla is an experienced veteran with 18 years in the beauty industry. Specializing in blonding, coloring, fashion colors, highlights, and balayage, Priscilla offers a range of services, including precision cuts, blowouts, perming, and smoothing with options like keratin and relaxer treatments. Additionally, she provides makeup and updo services, both at Renaissance Salon and on-location for special occasions. Known for her patience and expertise, Priscilla excels in working with the elderly and individuals with special needs, adept at recreating looks from photos to meet specific preferences. For inquiries, feel free to contact Priscilla at 727-858-5542. Soon to be added to her repertoire are services such as brow tinting and laminating, as well as lash tinting and lifting. Priscilla looks forward to the opportunity to work with clients, helping them look and feel as beautiful as they are.

Stylist, Colorist, Bridal Specialist
Jen specializes in hair coloring, styling and design. With over 35 years of professional experience behind the chair, she enjoys working with her clients and creating new styles. She is always up to date on the latest techniques and specializes in giving high end service without the attitude.
Jennifer’s career began on Long Island, New York working in salons and catering to the needs of the bridal industry as well. On Long Island, her company, Fairytale Makeovers, grew and she became one of Long Island’s premier Hair Stylist for, not only the salon industry, but the Bridal Market.
Jennifer and her family relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2004 where she can now be found at Renaissance Salon. Her clients enjoy her creativity, recommendations, and New York accent!

With 28 years of hair wizardry under his belt and licenses in both Kansas and Florida, Mike is a maestro of manes and a virtuoso of color. He kick-started his career in Kansas City and still zips back every six weeks to tend to his beloved clientele—because letting go is hard, and he’s not about to start now.
As an Aloxxi educator, Mike has a knack for crafting the perfect color concoction and offers everything from sleek balayage to the tried-and-true highlights. He’s also the go-to guy for those daring enough to say "fix my hair mishap," loving every minute of a good color correction challenge. And yes, he can even make perms look cool again.
Whether it’s chopping chic pixies, shaping stylish bobs, or crafting cascading layers, Mike’s scissors are always snipping something fabulous.
He also styles stellar wedding dos and manages misbehaving brows and lips with his waxing skills.
Off the clock, Mike’s either seen whispering sweet nothings to his plants or figuring out just where to put yet another fern. He claims it’s a problem, but really, aren’t there worse addictions?
